Studio Delivery

Whether you are shooting at your main studio or on location, Sterling Cuisine will prepare, deliver and set up fresh, all-natural and healthy entrees where you need them, when you need them. All of our food is carefully placed in a food container that will either keep the food warm, or keep the food refrigerated until time to warm. We understand that in the industry of production that often times the “schedule” can change last minute. Because of this reality, Sterling Cuisine will always offer to have 1-2 staff members that will stay at your location to ensure that the food can hold for prolonged eating or rushed for last minute early break calls. Sterling Cuisine cares about customer service and our service to you will ensure the quality of your meal as well as help maintain the professional flow of your shooting day.

When making your order, you will indicate the following information to ensure that everything about your event, whether it’s a simple luncheon to an elaborate event, that everything will run smoothly and on time.

Necessary Delivery Information:

  1. Date of the event
  2. The time the event starts, and the time you would like the food to arrive and be hot by
  3. The address (including Suite number) of the drop off location
  4. A contact person’s name for the day of the event
  5. A phone number either at the location or the number of a contact person we can reach
  6. Specific area/space where Sterling Cuisine will set up
  7. Any special instructions

Service Area & Fees
Our service area includes: Orange County, Los Angeles County, Ventura County and parts of Santa Barbara up to Goleta. Because we cover a large spread of territory our delivery fee varies depending on your area - between $20-$45/per delivery. This fee is calculated based on our kitchen’s site in Woodland Hills to the site of your event. If you have booked multiple events within a particular week, we can negotiate a delivery fee total for the week. In addition to the delivery fee, we also charge a service/set up fee. This includes the set up, maintenance and clean up of your event
