With any special occasion whether it’s the wedding itself to all the celebrations leading up to the big day, to a monumental birthday or anniversary, Sterling Cuisine will make your important day extra special by providing delicious, fresh, all-natural food to enjoy and celebrate during your party.

We take pride not only in our quality and taste, but also in the attention and focus we put on each event as a separate entity, based upon the needs of our client. We will discuss your specific requirements and plan a menu according to your wishes.

Sterling Cuisine works with local event planners and has a lot of references when it comes to outside vendors such as florists, DJs and photographers. For baby or bridal showers we can come up with creative meal plan as well as help with ideas for games/activities. We are here to help you and our high standards will exceed your expectations.

We will prepare, deliver, set up and serve your meal at your home or your designated venue. Depending on the specific tone of your event you have the option of three different ways we can serve your meal:

1. Self-Service/Meal Drop Off – in which we will deliver your food to your designated location. If you wish to have us set up we will, or you may set it up and it will be a self-service set up.
   
2. Buffet – Depending on how many guests you are expecting at your event, we strongly suggest having a Sterling Cuisine team member per every 20 guests in a buffet set up, especially if you are having a coffee/tea service or dessert table with a chocolate fountain. This way your food display tables will continue to look just as lovely as they did when you first walked in.
   
3. Full Service – The amount of servers you need for your event will depend on how many guests and tables you have and what kind of meal we will be serving. With a five-course meal, to ensure superb service, we would recommend one server for every two tables.
