Sterling Cuisine has been a catering and personal chef company since 2000.  Our focus is on providing fresh, all-natural, gourmet meals for groups of people or the individual.  Our platform has always been about preparing high quality foods with high quality ingredients.  All of our dishes will always have meats that are minimum USDA choice, with Grade A and grain-fed poultry and pork.  Our vegetables are always fresh, and we cull them from farmer’s markets or trusted vendors.  We prepare all of our marinades, mixes and sauces in-house.  We prepare a variety of genres of cuisine which define our unique Californian eclectic taste.
